"Effortless Time Tracking with Powerful Reporting and Seamless Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickTime?

ClickTime is widely recognized for several notable strengths. Its user interface is straightforward and intuitive, allowing teams to track time and generate reports easily, without facing a steep learning curve. The platform also provides robust reporting features, enabling managers and finance teams to analyze billable hours, project expenses, and resource allocation with precision. ClickTime’s flexibility stands out as well, as it accommodates multiple billing rates, supports project tracking, and offers customizable timesheets—making it well-suited for organizations with varied requirements. Additionally, its integration capabilities with tools such as QuickBooks, Salesforce, and various project management platforms help streamline overall workflows. The mobile app further enhances convenience by allowing employees to log their hours while on the move, which is especially beneficial for remote or field-based teams. What do you dislike about ClickTime?

I'm glad you asked. ClickTime has several strengths, but there are a few aspects that can be frustrating for users.

The interface is functional, but it doesn't particularly impress. Compared to some of the newer tools available, it's less sleek and lacks customization options.

The mobile app also feels somewhat basic. It doesn't offer all the features found on the web version, and the overall experience isn't as seamless.

For new admins, setting up advanced features—such as multiple billing rates or custom reports—can be time-consuming and a bit overwhelming at first.

Pricing is another consideration. For small teams or startups, ClickTime isn't the most affordable choice. Alternatives like Toggl or Clockify are often less expensive and handle the essentials well.

While ClickTime integrates well with major platforms, it doesn't support some more specialized tools. If your workflow is a bit unconventional, you might find yourself doing more manual work than you'd prefer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love using ClickTime for its seamless ability to track my work hours during my internship. It simplifies the process of keeping track of the duration of my work, the specific tasks I've worked on, and even what grants are applicable to my work for the day. Its most impressive feature is the mobile app, which is incredibly convenient for logging hours on the go. Whether I'm on vacation or just away from my computer, I can effortlessly log my hours using my phone. This ability to instantly update and submit my hours prevents me from forgetting any details at the moment. Moreover, the easy initial setup of ClickTime, with options accommodating all necessary factors, enhances its utility for me significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Time Tracking with Minor Hiccups"

What do you like best about ClickTime?

I find ClickTime highly efficient and fast, which is crucial for our fast-paced work environment. It seamlessly records billable hours and expenses, streamlining these often time-consuming administrative tasks. ClickTime is especially valuable as it tracks billable time by client, allowing us to manage multiple client accounts with ease. This efficiency means I spend less time on paperwork and more time focusing on core tasks. The setup process was very straightforward as the company had already integrated it into our systems, making the transition smooth and hassle-free. I am extremely likely to recommend ClickTime, rating it a 10 for its functionality and reliability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickTime?

I sometimes forget to save my work, and ClickTime doesn't remind me to save what I've recorded, which can lead to losing important data. Additionally, the software times out quickly, requiring me to log in again frequently. This is inconvenient and disrupts my workflow as I'm forced to stop and log back in, which wastes time. "Effortlessly Manage Timesheets with Autofill"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickTime?

I love how ClickTime saves my time with its autofill feature that uses last week's data, making the process quick and efficient. I also find it incredibly easy to fill out the timesheets, making my workflow smoother. The auto-filling of descriptions is another feature I appreciate, as it reduces repetitive tasks and adds to the efficiency. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy for me, which helped my team get started without any hassle. Overall, ClickTime allows me to manage my time effectively while using it with other tools like Jira. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickTime?

I'm not satisfied with the autofill feature in ClickTime. Although it is intended to make the process easier, I find that it doesn't always work as efficiently as I'd like. Additionally, the upload speed could be improved. It sometimes feels slower than expected, which can be frustrating when trying to quickly update timesheets. "ClickTime helps streamline our Invoicing Process"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickTime?

After login, I get dropped onto the current day and includes the clients entered from the previous week. This makes it easy to add additional records for ongoing projects. From there, it's super easy to add additional clients & time slots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickTime?

The experience would be more efficient if I could add a new job directly from the Timesheet view, especially when the existing client is already selected.

Additionally, when entering a new project, when the user types in the "Client" name (or seaches for client), it would be great if all the jobs already associated for that client become available to select. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
