I really like the report features in ClickTime. I like being able to create my own reports and save my favorites and most often used reports. I can export them to Excel and manipulate the columns and do some additional calculations if needed. It saves us so much time and helps us be efficient. Install was so easy. We took some time to think about our objectives and tasks but it was super simple to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that the client and objective weren't combined in the drop down in the timesheet. I liked when they were in different drop down menus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a very user-friendly interface and I can generate useful reports easily and quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been using it for years and I have no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about ClickTime is its simplicity and flexibility. It makes tracking time, managing projects, and analyzing resources straightforward, saving teams both effort and confusion. The customizable reports provide real insights into productivity, while the intuitive interface ensures everyone can adopt it quickly. Ultimately, it helps businesses stay organized, efficient, and focused on priorities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about ClickTime is that its interface can sometimes feel dated and unintuitive, especially for new users who may struggle with navigation. The mobile app lacks some of the features available on desktop, which limits flexibility for people on the go. Reporting, while powerful, can feel overwhelming to configure without guidance. Additionally, integrations with other platforms could be smoother, requiring extra manual work in certain workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the user interface of ClickTime, which is very easy and intuitive to use. The options to export timesheets and time cards by day, week, month, and year are extremely convenient and make my workflow more efficient. I find it very easy to generate invoices with ClickTime, as I can readily input my time across various clients, projects, and programs. This feature makes invoicing and billing every month straightforward. The tool's export and grid features are clean and easy to navigate, enhancing my overall user experience. Additionally, the login process is simple and efficient. I prefer ClickTime over FreshBooks due to its superior data entry and time reporting capabilities. The initial setup was incredibly quick, taking mere seconds, allowing me to get up and running immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do think when I'm exporting my timesheets, if I could export them and then break it out by client or project, that would be helpful. Instead of downloading the entire report and then pulling what I need from it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find ClickTime incredibly easy to use, which is essential for efficiently managing time writing. The feature that allows for summaries, such as breaking down the time spent per product, is particularly valuable as it enables me to accurately track and compare the time dedicated to specific projects. This comparative aspect helps in evaluating productivity and aligning with former editions, offering insightful overviews of time allocation. Additionally, the initial setup of ClickTime was very easy, which helped me integrate it quickly into my workflow. Collectively, these features enrich my overall experience with ClickTime, making it a highly recommendable tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love to have a more elaborate month view in ClickTime. The current setup requires navigating through week by week, and it would be much more efficient and user-friendly to have a month view that functions similarly to the week view, allowing me to have a broader perspective on my time management without the need for continuous navigation. Click Time is incredibly user-friendly and makes time tracking, project management, and budgeting seamless. I especially appreciate how easy it is to log hours and generate detailed reports, which saves a lot of administrative time. The platform’s flexibility in customizing fields and tracking billable vs. non-billable hours is a huge plus. Their customer support is also excellent, always responsive and helpful. Overall, Click Time has greatly improved our team's efficiency and accountability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. If anything, the user interface could use a bit of a refresh, it feels a little dated in spots and sometimes takes a few extra clicks to get where you need to go. But the system itself is solid and dependable, and the functionality more than makes up for it. Plus, they seem to be continually making improvements, which is great to see. ClickTime is widely recognized for several notable strengths. Its user interface is straightforward and intuitive, allowing teams to track time and generate reports easily, without facing a steep learning curve. The platform also provides robust reporting features, enabling managers and finance teams to analyze billable hours, project expenses, and resource allocation with precision. ClickTime’s flexibility stands out as well, as it accommodates multiple billing rates, supports project tracking, and offers customizable timesheets—making it well-suited for organizations with varied requirements. Additionally, its integration capabilities with tools such as QuickBooks, Salesforce, and various project management platforms help streamline overall workflows. The mobile app further enhances convenience by allowing employees to log their hours while on the move, which is especially beneficial for remote or field-based teams. I'm glad you asked. ClickTime has several strengths, but there are a few aspects that can be frustrating for users.
The interface is functional, but it doesn't particularly impress. Compared to some of the newer tools available, it's less sleek and lacks customization options.
The mobile app also feels somewhat basic. It doesn't offer all the features found on the web version, and the overall experience isn't as seamless.
For new admins, setting up advanced features—such as multiple billing rates or custom reports—can be time-consuming and a bit overwhelming at first.
Pricing is another consideration. For small teams or startups, ClickTime isn't the most affordable choice. Alternatives like Toggl or Clockify are often less expensive and handle the essentials well.
While ClickTime integrates well with major platforms, it doesn't support some more specialized tools. If your workflow is a bit unconventional, you might find yourself doing more manual work than you'd prefer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
