We had to track hours for grant compliance, and were a developer of web-based systems for laboratory management. At that time, web solutions were rare, but would become de facto standard. Since then, that company was sold, the next on had the the same requirements, but also consulting hours too. ClickTime supports all the critical features and its reports are very useful for time tracking and project planning.
