**What do you like best about ClickTime?**

I love the user interface of ClickTime, which is very easy and intuitive to use. The options to export timesheets and time cards by day, week, month, and year are extremely convenient and make my workflow more efficient. I find it very easy to generate invoices with ClickTime, as I can readily input my time across various clients, projects, and programs. This feature makes invoicing and billing every month straightforward. The tool's export and grid features are clean and easy to navigate, enhancing my overall user experience. Additionally, the login process is simple and efficient. I prefer ClickTime over FreshBooks due to its superior data entry and time reporting capabilities. The initial setup was incredibly quick, taking mere seconds, allowing me to get up and running immediately.

**What do you dislike about ClickTime?**

I do think when I'm exporting my timesheets, if I could export them and then break it out by client or project, that would be helpful. Instead of downloading the entire report and then pulling what I need from it.

**What do you like best about ClickTime?**

I find ClickTime incredibly easy to use, which is essential for efficiently managing time writing. I would love to have a more elaborate month view in ClickTime. The current setup requires navigating through week by week, and it would be much more efficient and user-friendly to have a month view that functions similarly to the week view, allowing me to have a broader perspective on my time management without the need for continuous navigation.

**What do you like best about ClickTime?**

Click Time is incredibly user-friendly and makes time tracking, project management, and budgeting seamless. I especially appreciate how easy it is to log hours and generate detailed reports, which saves a lot of administrative time. The platform’s flexibility in customizing fields and tracking billable vs. non-billable hours is a huge plus. Their customer support is also excellent, always responsive and helpful. Overall, Click Time has greatly improved our team's efficiency and accountability.

**What do you dislike about ClickTime?**

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. If anything, the user interface could use a bit of a refresh, it feels a little dated in spots and sometimes takes a few extra clicks to get where you need to go. But the system itself is solid and dependable, and the functionality more than makes up for it. Plus, they seem to be continually making improvements, which is great to see.

**What problems is ClickTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickTime has helped us solve several key challenges around time tracking, project budgeting, and resource management. Before using the platform, it was difficult to get accurate, real-time visibility into how time was being spent across projects. Now, we can easily track hours, monitor project budgets, and analyze performance with detailed, customizable reports.

This has made our team more accountable, improved forecasting, and reduced administrative overhead. It’s also been a huge help in ensuring we stay within client budgets and meet billing deadlines. It is easy to  edit. whenever I make a mistake in inserting times , I can go back and edit it as quickly as I can.

It takes time to sign in. it can be saved until I want to sign out. but the application does not have this characteristic or I cannot find it,

sometimes , I do not know if I am allowed to put more time tha tis over time. I sit possible to have an icon for laws and regulation for example if people are under visa , they become aware that they cannot work more than specific time/hours.

I'm glad you asked. ClickTime has several strengths, but there are a few aspects that can be frustrating for users.

The interface is functional, but it doesn't particularly impress. Compared to some of the newer tools available, it's less sleek and lacks customization options.

The mobile app also feels somewhat basic. It doesn't offer all the features found on the web version, and the overall experience isn't as seamless.

For new admins, setting up advanced features—such as multiple billing rates or custom reports—can be time-consuming and a bit overwhelming at first.

Pricing is another consideration. For small teams or startups, ClickTime isn't the most affordable choice. Alternatives like Toggl or Clockify are often less expensive and handle the essentials well.

While ClickTime integrates well with major platforms, it doesn't support some more specialized tools. If your workflow is a bit unconventional, you might find yourself doing more manual work than you'd prefer.

I love how ClickTime saves my time with its autofill feature that uses last week's data, making the process quick and efficient. I also find it incredibly easy to fill out the timesheets, making my workflow smoother. The auto-filling of descriptions is another feature I appreciate, as it reduces repetitive tasks and adds to the efficiency. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy for me, which helped my team get started without any hassle. Overall, ClickTime allows me to manage my time effectively while using it with other tools like Jira.

I'm not satisfied with the autofill feature in ClickTime. Although it is intended to make the process easier, I find that it doesn't always work as efficiently as I'd like. Additionally, the upload speed could be improved. It sometimes feels slower than expected, which can be frustrating when trying to quickly update timesheets.

**What do you like best about ClickTime?**

After login, I get dropped onto the current day and includes the clients entered from the previous week. This makes it easy to add additional records for ongoing projects. From there, it's super easy to add additional clients & time slots.

**What do you dislike about ClickTime?**

The experience would be more efficient if I could add a new job directly from the Timesheet view, especially when the existing client is already selected.

Additionally, when entering a new project, when the user types in the "Client" name (or seaches for client), it would be great if all the jobs already associated for that client become available to select.

**What problems is ClickTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickTime provides a place to keep track of time spent on Projects. It is helpful when there are a lot of projects going on simultaneously.  It allows me to assign time to each project as I go. Sometimes it is the only way to remember that a small 15 min assignment was incurred. Using Clicktime allows us to have a record of time which is how our industry records expenses.

I like the ability to immediately enter my time after completing a task, no matter where I am, by utilizing the app on my iPhone. The type-ahead feature is really useful as it brings up the projects and has a set of activities that are predescribed, which I can choose from.

I don't like having to log in and out of the program occasionally when new projects are added in order to be able to select those new projects in the system.

I don't really have much dislikes. It's a pretty straightforward application for clocking hours and other employee/employer related time. For now, the only thing that would get a competitor to overtake Clicktime is the UI/UX design layout. Other than that, Clicktime is great!

ClickTime is very user friendly. There are many features that I like about ClickTime. I think that one the personal side, it is very easy to log your hours and breaks. I like the ability to view my weekly timesheets and the appearance is very friendly. It is again very easy to use. I really like the report options. With the ability to run the horizontal timesheets and view all timesheets is extremely helpful. This is a report that I enjoy using often because it is easy to audit all the timesheets at once as well as review for meal penalties and errors. I really like the intergration between different apps.

**What do you dislike about ClickTime?**

I do not like that the hours are not browkn out more clearly. When employees look at their timesheets, there are times when people can become confused because they will see 60 hours and think that they should be paid 60 hours. But that is the combined total of all hours, including lunches, unpaid time and anything else. There is not a place where paid time, regular hours, overtime, holiday are broken out and detailed. I also do not like that you have to go out to weekly timesheets to be able to submit your timesheet for the week. I would like if the expenses and timesheets were better connected. I also think that it would be nice if you were notified when your timesheet had overlapped time, gaps and meal penalties. I do not like how when you enter your time and start at 8am, it automatically goes to am instead of pm for the next time you enter even though there is no way that 5 hours later will still be am.

**What problems is ClickTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is how we are able to run our payroll. This is the current system that we use to enter all of our time for most of our company. We have a custom payroll report that gives us a spreadsheet that we manipulate slightly and then are able to import that entire that so that all of our employees hours are directly imported into our payroll system. It is also how we issue reimbursements. Through the expense reports and expense sheets.

I dislike the limitation in the expenses section where I can't make edits after submission. It's inconvenient to have to reject an expense to make changes. As an administrator, it would be beneficial to have the capability to edit submitted expenses similarly to how timesheets can be modified.

I find ClickTime easy for staff to input timesheets and manage multiple payment lines, benefiting my team with simplicity and user-friendliness.

**What do you like best about ClickTime?**

I find ClickTime incredibly beneficial for managing Time Card operations and payroll tasks due to its uniform, clean format and the ability to generate multiple reports. I particularly love the Quick Day feature, which simplifies repetitive descriptions, making it a standout tool for efficiency. Additionally, the capability to sort through time cards by division and funding source is extremely useful for organization and financial tracking. The initial setup was fairly smooth without any notable difficulties, which I appreciate. My experience with the software is so positive that I would definitely recommend ClickTime, evidenced by my willingness to rate it a perfect 10 for recommendation.

It takes only about 2 to 5 minutes of my morning to record my time, which makes it incredibly efficient for my daily routine. I appreciate that it is web-based, meaning there was no need for an elaborate installation process on my end, simplifying the setup. I appreciate the ease of use of ClickTime. Entering hours quickly is very important to limit the time needed to fill in the data. Furthermore, even though I believe the interface could be a bit more modern, the recently added utilities greatly speed up the entry work.

Perhaps the interface could be a bit more modern. Simply a more modern UI and maybe some graphs on the user side as well that allow me to see the time spent on activities in an intuitive way.

I really appreciate how easy it is to understand and learn to use Click Time. I used to spend a lot of time entering my hours through Workday, but Click Time is so simple. I love it.

The least helpful aspect of ClickTime for me is that my organization doesn't use it to track time off. It's frustrating that I have to go to ADP just to see how much time off I have available.
