Slow, frustrating and not easy to use **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2024 **What do you like best about ClickTime?** I recognise in the past few months that Clicktime are engaging with it's customers to try to find a better solution for them and that is very welcome! At this point, the tool should only improve which is good to know. **What do you dislike about ClickTime?** Overall, the site is extremely slow and clunky. It takes seconds for each click to register or page to load. Approving timesheets is the bane of a manager's life; they want to go in, click click click and leave. Clicktime doesn't allow for that - it becomes an awfully tedious task to navigate through the timesheets for approval. The most frustrating piece about Clicktime is when approving the timesheet of an employee, there is no quick access to the next timesheet for approval. You have to navigate back, find the next employee, edit to open and make sure their hours match and then approve - that's 4 clicks and in Clicktime's slow performance feels like an eternity. To me, the next arrow should go to the next timesheet for approval - not to the next week of the current candidate. This saves 2 clicks and a page load. **What problems is ClickTime solving and how is that benefiting you?** We claim Research & Development grants against time allotted by our technology departments. It takes ages to load, so I need to invest at least 10 minutes to fill in the my monthly timesheets. Clunky, restrictive, optimized for people who don't like keyboards **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2024 **What do you like best about ClickTime?** I have no choice in using it, so... that it has the option to remember last weeks' time codes for this week's usage. **What do you dislike about ClickTime?** It's clunky, it's hard to find time codes, there are no good keyboard shortcut options (e.g. tab moves you to the next day of the same time code, not down the same day when you're entering today's time, so you're forced to use the mouse with every single interaction), you can't enter a time value less than 0.5 hours (that might be my organization), etc. **What problems is ClickTime solving and how is that benefiting you?** My organization requires me to fill out a timesheet. **Official Response from Mike Savory:** > Thank you very much for your feedback. Navigating from one week to another is slow.
