What do you like best about ClickSend?

ClickSend Fax Gateway gives your organization top-quality request handling when you populate Fax requests. You can handle your demands on different platforms efficiently without the worry of synchronization. What do you dislike about ClickSend?

ClickSend Fax Gateway needs improvement in the process of making it convenient to broad-line clients. Sometimes there is pilling up of end-user requirements, so the time to stand-by can prolong. What problems is ClickSend solving and how is that benefiting you?

For seamless processing of hefty volumes of Fax requests, ClickSend is pretty practical and effective. In organizational standards, it's tough to keep track of diverse end-user demands, and ClickSend Fax Gateway provides the spectacular solution for it. "Really bad customer service and limited functionality in the tool"

What do you like best about ClickSend?

It is very quick and easy to set up an SMS campaign. It only takes about 3 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickSend?

It took us 9 months just to set up our account and be able to start using it. Our customer service rep was so terrible at communication that it caused significant delays in that process. He would give us different answers to the same questions week to week. Once we finally had our account ready to go, we found out it couldn't even do some of the things we wanted. There are much better SMS marketing tools out there, so I do not recommend this one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are numerous things I like about ClickSend Fax Gateway. Let me list them a few below.

1. ClickSend Fax Gateway has ensured there is no more requirement for traditional fax machines.

2. It's a secure way to fax anywhere from any device.

3. Efficient way to send faxes online.

4. Emails can be turned into fax in one click, which is absolutely amazing.

5. The finest email to fax solution which is compatible with every email program.

What do you dislike about ClickSend?

It is serving a lot of purposes as of now. I don't think there is anything to dislike about ClickSend Fax Getaway. Probably the only online fax solution that everyone might be waiting for. Way to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Literally many of my problems have been addressed.

I'm able to manage senders easily.

This email to fax services is supporting every email provider such as outlook, Gmail, etc.

Easy to send fax from computer.

What do you like best about ClickSend?

Users have effortless access to the SMS, MMS, Email, Voices, FAX, and Messages gateway. You may arrange your customer's birthday and celebration, and consumers are free - no concerns. The personalization of your wants or company needs is accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ClickSend?

The ability to send Fax documents online is a life saver when you have to send an important document and your Fax machine is stuck back in 1999. The new era is digital and having to use Fax format for certain legal scenarios does present a problem for the newer generations, thankfully ClickSend is here to save us from spending money on hardware that we wont really need at the end of the month. What do you like best about ClickSend?

What do you like best about ClickSend?

I like being able to choose my medium for automated communication: SMS, TextToVoice, Voice recording, postcard or letter postal mail. This let's me be reaching customers in mulbiple channels simultaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
