What do you like best about ClickSend?

It allows me to send "push notifications" of sorts from a web app! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickSend?

It charges per text message, but only allows like 160 characters per text, and charged me to send two or three texts when I thought it was just one! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickSend is fantastic! A+ for SMS’s and customer service!"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickSend?

I liked how easy it was to create and launch an SMS campaign. And even more fun was to watch the results with the history and reporting options!

I also can't say enough good things about the customer service. They are always available to chat and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickSend?

So far I like everything! I thought I would not like using a shared number for sending the SMS's (I could have got a dedicated number but didn't) but the shared number worked great and had great responses to it as well! So I like everything! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"You can send SMS messages from a Web page, with ClickSend SMS Gateway."
5/5
What do you like best about ClickSend?

When I initiate an SMS message through ClickSend, the message gets sent to the recipient within a few seconds, usually. I no longer wait for the cellphone provider network to eventually get around to sending my SMS messages.

I am using PHP as my server process. It interfaces very easily to the ClickSend API. I use the PHP curl library to do the interfacing, which is very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickSend?

There is not much to dislike. Even the cost is very reasonable and very affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Click to SMS solution"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickSend?

It has pretty easy access for communication purposes such as - SMS, MMS, Email, Voice, FAX gateway, and messaging.

You can schedule the birthday and event of your client, and customers go free -- no worries.

Customization is available to personalized your needs or business needs.

You can import the list of audiences just by uploading numbers or data via CSV. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickSend?

They can add Paypal. They are only having Stripe available for transactions which is sometimes not a smooth experience. It is challenging for users. It is a pain not to be able to have more payment methods. Paypal is just acceptable, and it usually doesn't have the kinds of problems like Stripe has. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"More than SMS"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickSend?

The best thing about ClickSend is that I have a variety of communication types I can trigger from my CRM via an API connection. These include SMS messages, printed letters in an envelope, email and postcards. Where else can you do that? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickSend?

There's nothing to dislike that ClickSend has control of. US regulations about text messaging changed recently, and that was a bummer... but clicksend was ver communicative about how to prepare for the changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
