Founded in 2015, the company enables businesses to communicate with their customers across multiple channels: bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, email marketing, IVR and voice, RCS and OTP (one-time password) verification, from a single platform, either through a web dashboard or by integrating a REST API into their own systems. Clicklab serves companies in e-commerce and retail, finance and banking, healthcare, education and the public sector across Peru, with use cases including identity verification (2FA/OTP), sales and cart-recovery messaging, payment reminders and collections, customer support automation, and mass marketing campaigns. The company differentiates itself through direct routes with Peruvian carriers, Spanish-language documentation and SDKs, and local support based in Lima.
