"Total dissapointment and loss of time and money"

What do you like best about ClickFunnels?

The idea of it is great. I was really pulled in by having everything in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickFunnels?

There are so many bugs I couldn't get it functioning despite spending 3 weeks working on it. Non intuitive user interface. Extremely expensive. Tech team who never responds. Lack of help material. Hardly any templates. Old fashioned templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickFunnels solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was hoping to set up click funnels to do all my marketing. Unfortunately, there were so many bugs I spent 4 weeks and still didn't have a live site. I had a ticket with tech for 3 weeks and did not hear back from them once despite numerous follow-ups on my part. There is a severe lack of documentation. Although the help team is responsive, they have limited ability to look into the bugs and actually fix things. From the huge build-up and excitement I felt after spending 5 days on the initial free sales course, I went to frustration and annoyance. I have since changed to another builder where I was able to get everything up and running in 2 days - no bugs - easy UX - much cheaper. I don't like writing this about Clickfunnels because I felt a real affinity with them at first - but I lost a lot of money and time so I would like to save other freelancers from making the same mistake. It is clear that Clickfunnels 2 was not ready to go live - and that they don't care much about their customers. When I left I explained my problems but never heard anything back from them about that either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ClickFunnels?

What stands out the most about ClickFunnels is its unparalleled ease of use and its remarkable features that empower marketing professionals like me. The ability to create, customize, and optimize sales funnels with a few clicks is a game-changer. The vast array of templates and the intuitive drag-and-drop editor make it a breeze to set up effective funnels that convert like a charm. It doesnt require a lot to implement and is able to integrate with most software. We use it on daily basis for our markting a dn if we ever need support, the team is ready to provide us will the help needed even during live events when thousands are live at the same time. What do you dislike about ClickFunnels?

While ClickFunnels is a fantastic tool, it can be a bit overwhelming for newcomers due to the sheer number of features and options available. It might take some time to explore and master everything it offers. Additionally, the cost can add up, especially for small businesses. However, the return on investment is worth it.
