**What do you like best about Clickedin?**

There was absolutely nothing positive about this experience. The promises made were intriguing and the sales pitch well crafted. Unfortunately, zero results were achieved. The assigned reps changed often, were off-shore and difficult to understand. Required technical tasks were pushed to me without clear direction or instructions. When I requested to speak to the owner or senior management I was invited to speak with another rep. When I demanded a higher level contact it was never provided. I asked to cancel to which they stopped running the program, but did not offer a refund for unused months. When a refund was requested it was refused. The "Satisfaction Guarantee" is not honored. I'm writing this in hopes that you don't get taken advantage of. There is a lot of discussions that their "proprietary process" violates LinkedIn's policy. Some claim LinkedIn has deleted their accounts as a result.

Platform looks and feels like it was coded in the 80's. Process is complex and cumbersome. Many technical aspects that should be completed by Clickedin are pushed to the client. Worst "investment" I have ever made. This company over promises and grossly under delivers.

Clickedin didn't solve a single problem. in fact it's possible that my reputation score was damaged on LinkedIn.

**What do you like best about Clickedin?**

Our success coach met with me every two weeks.

**What do you dislike about Clickedin?**

The difference between what we were told on the sales call and the results we received were night and day.  ClickedIn is great at marketing themselves, but they are a dishonest company that simply does not honor guarantees.  Full stop.

When they are selling their subscription, the plan goes like this: their system sends out up to 15 LinkedIn connection requests per day to leads that you identify using filters.  If those connections accept your connection request, ClickedIn sends them marketing messages from your account.  The AI feature that we were told was revolutionary did not work most of the time we had the service.  But the concept was that the AI tool was supposed to automatically detect if you received a positive response and send the person a link to your calendar.  If they used the link, they could book an appointment without you doing anything.  Best of all, it's all GUARANTEED.  Wow!

Sounds great, right?  

Here's the problem: nobody is interested in getting into sales conversations with random people they just got a connection request from.  YOU sent them a connection request and then YOU are sending sales messages.  People do not respond to that for the most part.  Very seldom do people respond at all, but more often than not, you get negative responses.  ClickedIn's system also supposedly keeps track of whether you received positive or negative responses, but that is a joke.  For example, one person simply replied to a connection request with "I'm happy to connect." and their system categorized it as a positive response.  

Guess what, that guarantee I mentioned?  Is based on positive responses.  If enough people respond with messages similar to "I'm happy to connect," and ClickedIn's system categorizes it as a positive response, after a while, that will automaticlly fulfil their guarantee.  Their guarantee is not based on results that actually matter.  Sales?  Irrelevant to them.  Meetings booked?  Also irrelevant.  If you receive enough of those "positive" responses, they will consider your guarantee as having been fulfilled.  Consider your guarantee as not existing.  They will not honor it.

In a year, thousands of connection requests were sent.  Over 500 people accepted a connection request.  7 people sent "positive" responses.  One booked call and zero sales.  ClickedIn considered this as a success and will not honor the guarantee.  It is especially deceptive that during the sales process, one of their sales people said in an email "We guarantee that over the course of the next 12 months, you will generate, through our platform, more money then what you have invested with us."  That never happened, but the contract is all about "positive" responses.  This is a scam.

If all you are after is more connections, go for this.  Otherwise?  Stay far away.  I suspect that some of the positive reviews are fake as well.

Good question.  It is not benefiting our company in any substantial way.

I like how easy it is to find customers and connect with them. Great tool and great staff. My second company I am using ClickedIn to grow.

I would like to see more integrated reporting across my campaigns. I'd like to dig deeper into the analytics on the platform instead of exporting and analyzing.

ClickedIn solves the problem of finding and communicating with our precise target market. It's much more cost-effective than print and digital ad campaigns. The benefits are lower cost of customer acquisition and faster understanding of the market. In just a few clicks I can see how many target customers I have in which states, write compelling automated outreach, and get scheduled appointments with prospective customers.

**What do you like best about Clickedin?**

It performs as advertised. I think that is all one could hopefully ask for. But what strikes me as "stellar" is the personal service. I have had two customer reps now, and both were absolutely amazing. The interface is as simple as it can be, but you have to use it daily to get full advantage of it. This is where the rep comes in. Anna is my rep. She listens, makes excellent suggestions and navigates the interface with me to get great results. I have a particularly long and complex sales cycle and am very satisfied with the leads, especially Anna's patience.

It is a lot to think about.  Getting your mind fully engaged with the process takes a little time. Again, that is where customer service comes in. I honestly think I m the one who needs improvement.

The success rep Anna is responsive and tries to help.

**What do you dislike about Clickedin?**

The only reason we signed up is because of the Watson AI feature. That feature has never worked. ClickedIn works if you want more connections and followers on LI, but the main feature hasn't worked and we have tried for months to get out of the contract because of that, and other LinkedIn and ClickedIn related issues, but I wasn't even allowed to escalate to senior leaders. Always be suspicious when no leadership is listed anywhere - not on LI or other social media pages or website. It's not US based company, which I did not realize at the time either, which prevents us from escalating or finding someone besides the success person who was assigned to us. We are a small company, and this $7,000 product that has not helped us at all, is a huge financial hit to take. They don't care.

There's nothing to dislike about clickedin. The only this I would recommend is that it requires patience. It's not magic, and expectations need to be managed going in,

Clicked in is instrumental in not only identifying the right target audience for our lead generation program, but is extremely effective in automating the actual communication with the prospects, all the way till they respond. The clickedin team is very attentive to help you make your campaigns work and give you weekly support. Their insights and accompaniment are interesting to plan campaigns and review performance.

It is not possible to access the profiles you connect to from your profile in order to investigate. The platform restricts this, and profiles that review contacts are penalized. Everything must be managed from the tool.

Clickedin combines linkedin sales navigator functionalities with other automation tools to develop a social selling strategy or to reach interesting partners on Linkedin.

None, have used them for over a year and never disappointed.  If a problem surfaces they are right on it to resolve.

The onboarding process was excellent, and I appreciate the bi-weekly meetings to evaluate campaign progress, manage changes, and create new campaigns.

It is complex, with a lot of settings and details. I would have been overwhelmed and given up without the support from the staff.

Ckickedin is very easy to set up and begin the lead generation process on LinkedIn. We were able to create different campaigns and target different lead types easily. And the automated message flow works well. Plus, the ability to automatically send the appropriate response to positive/neutral/negative messages is great.

**What do you dislike about Clickedin?**

It is not really a Clickedin issue as much as it is from LinkedIn and their limit on profile views and connection request limits. Kind of slows things down a bit, but the platform is pretty good about recommending a max outreach number.

It is helping us automate our lead generation for recruiting purposes.

The automation aspect allows you to set it up and move onto other priorities while it works in the background.

Initially I had challenges with getting a decent volume of outbound messages because of the size of my LinkedIn network and the recently instituted limits that LinkedIn had switched to.  Should have done a little more research on that aspect at the time.

The way I was able to explore prospects by states and cities in the United States was really useful. I was able to understand how my prospects processed information about my services based on location.

There isn't anything specific that I didn't like, however over time I realized that to be successful in closing appointments, you have to be very attentive daily and spend several hours a day to keep up with the conversation threads.

One of the problems was reaching the right person. Filters allow us to be very specific and concentrate our efforts on the people who make the decisions.

I like its ability to meet new prospects through their non-work email (LinkedIn notifications).  Leveraging LinkedIn groups has been my focus for me in my niche market

It's not compatible to ZoHo (my CRM).  It has its own semi-CRM but it does not dynamically update as much as I'd like it to.  They recently made improvements to the IBM Watson A.I., which was needed.

I consider this a "side hustle" from my normal prospecting.  It has paid for itself after the first year and created a lot of exposure for my company.

I have definitely increased my LinkedIn connections much faster and more easily than I ever would have (could have)  manually. Service is also very good.

I have found it harder than desired / expected to refine the searches to really get the type of contacts I'm looking for - but it does get "easier" with use, over time.

The single biggest problem is that I don't have to "remind" myself to "reach out" to new potential connections - it does it for me.

Since we started using Clickedin 1 year ago we were able to add and engage 1,700 new contacts from LinkedIn and done over a dozen demos. They were great in helping us set up effective scripts and Chanel was always willing to help us launch new campaigns and effectively target the unique prospects we are after.  Trying to manually chase the thousands of prospects on our own would have been impossible. ClickedIn made it simple and easy to manage.

The staff sometimes gets overwhelmed with requests from Clients for help,  and there can be delays in getting assistance, but the help is ALWAYS worth the wait.

Clickedin was able to automate our campaigns and effectively report on progress.  As a startup, we never had the time or resources to complete all the functions needed on our own

Support!  Excellent customer support.
The Account Success Manager is very supportive and helpful in executing my strategy.
I don't know how it compares to its competitors because I've never had the need to check them out.

Nothing.  I'm a real fan of Clickedin!
A little detail in the analysis of results would be helpful.
Keep doing the awesome job and I'm sure Clickedin will continue to evolve with more options and features.

Senior Executives have all their correspondence and personal requests filtered EXCEPT at Linked In. They READ it.

**What do you dislike about Clickedin?**

At times this enormously capable software provides unnecessary complexity somebody can resolve in the interface.

**What problems is Clickedin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clicked in weaves the two essentials of digital marketing, the (robust) FILTERS  to be selective in Linked In and the LEADS in the FUNNEL that result from the filters. Automation is the third step, not essential, but it sure is a beautiful benefit to have your marketing working all day on behalf of my company and my clients.

The new management is actually showing that companies can learn, if they listen to the customer.  I like that they are trying to do the right thing and coming up with viable solutions to our issues.

I really don't dislike anything at this time, the company is working to make right the issues we originally faced and I am thankful to the new management and leadership.

The application was automated and relatively easy to use, as they had indicated. It sent connection requests and inmails exactly as they said they would.

**What do you dislike about Clickedin?**

Their billing policy is terrible. I attempted to cancel at the end of my company's initial membership. It was not appropriately processed, resulting in renewal and a $1000 charge to my corporate credit card. For my trouble, they gave me an additional month at no charge. When I told them I wouldn't restart for another two months (due to the holiday season), they were unwilling to accommodate. TERRIBLE account service.

I love the ease of use to set up a campaign on LinkedIn. It is so simple and easy with this system, I have had no problems using it!  

I love how I can be in the office while Clickedin markets my LinkedIn and connects me with potential customers! This is such a great service. It's like having your own personal sales assistant, only without all of those pesky follow-ups taking up time at work - who has time for that?

**What do you dislike about Clickedin?**

I had trouble connecting my Linkedin account at first but their support team got back to me right away and I was able to start running campaigns the same day.  If I have any questions on setting up campaigns or exporting my new leads my account manager Chanel is always quick to respond.

I've seen my leads increase by 10 times using Clickedin - it's been great! Now I can work with a team of preferred partners to build the business worldwide and find new opportunities abroad.

I am about six weeks into my experience with ClickedIn, and I have been impressed with the level of support offered throughout this process.  Not just from a technical perspective but also a consultative campaign perspective.  It's clearly a priority for ClickedIn to ensure success for their clients.  As we are working towards success together, I am confident we will see great results.

I was expecting to send out more contacts per day, but it seems like we have been able to find ways to compensate for that.

ClickedIn is helping us reach a broader audience through a conversational yet automated process.  I expect the consistency will allow us to over time, book more demos.

**What do you like best about Clickedin?**

I have nothing to share about what I liked best about the software.   My company's IT system would not allow me to access it from our browser on our network.  Regardless of that limitation, Clickedin would not reimburse my money even though they confirmed the limitation in writing.

**What do you dislike about Clickedin?**

I have never once been able to log in to this platform due to an IT security limitation that was confirmed after I reached out to Clickedin after receiving various error messages when attempting to log in.    Although this organization acknowledges that limitation that would still not refund my money.   When I reached out to my credit card company to file a dispute their exact comments are as follows:  "We have no emails from this client saying they were unhappy with our service.   I have attached an email communication showing and proving how happy they were and it's highlighted in yellow.  This sounds like a fraud claim and it's unfair for businesses to have to deal with people doing this stuff like this.    We're confident with the documents we submitted that the funds will be returned to us.    I have also attached a copy of the dashboard proving how active they were using our software and all the results and positive responses he was getting.   To me, this sounds like they're trying to get all their marketing and leads for free and it's WRONG.    We delivered everything that we promised and the client has received our service and support."  

Nothing could be further from the truth.  All I asked for was a refund for something that I was unable to use due to my company's security policies.    What I finding now is that Clicked does not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to, account restrictions, non-usage, or failure to cancel before your renewal date.    This financial transaction represented my loss and not my company's.   Otherwise, I may not have taken the time to write this review.     Please use my experience and error on the side of caution doing business with this organization.    Lastly,  I only wish I would have found this website earlier.    I have read other reviews as they also do not honor their guarantees and it will potentially suspend your Linked In account.

**What do you like best about Clickedin?**

Apart from how easy this lead generation was, the company has an amazing team that was so
supportive throughout the entire process. I signed up for an annual subscription which gave me
access to a gentleman who wrote my messaging for me. I could then tweak this here and there
for each campaign. They have ongoing call support so if I ever got stuck or needed some advice
(as I am not a marketing person), there was always someone ready to assist. Their hands-on
approach and guidance throughout the process was what I liked best.
As for the tool functionalities, the platform is intuitive and easy to use. An initial onboarding call
was required to learn some tricks, but after that it was very easy to set up campaigns. When
leads came in, I could see who responded to my messaging in either a Positive, Negative or
Neutral way (their AI understood the lead’s sentiment) and I could reply to these people through
Clickedin.
My favourite part was a personality assessment feature, where Clikcedin would analyse a lead’s
LI profile to understand what personality they were, and then give suggestions on how to speak
with the person according to their personality type. I used this feature a lot.
Every few weeks I scheduled calls with my account manager to go through my campaign
results, and make changes for improvements. We had really good conversations.
I will definitely recommend this tool to other recruiters and business owners, and will probably
be back in the future when the need arises.

**What do you dislike about Clickedin?**

Nothing particularly, the experience was great overall. Linkedin did lower their outreach limits
during my subscription, so I was unable to reach the same volume of people as before the
update. However Clickedin created a profile analyser in which I could choose to rather send my
connection invitations to active users who were more likely to convert. I must say they are really
responsive and constantly working to improve the system with new features.

I was struggling to find the right people for my offers. And then when I did, I had to message
them each one by one. Clickedin automated this entire process. So I could set everything up for
a campaign once, and just let the system do its thing. It made it so easy for me to see all my
leads and their responses in one view.

This platform allows me to automate a lot of the daily manual processes I perform on LinkedIn.  I can easily set up a targeted search and send connection messages without having to send them manually.  This both builds my network and connects me with potential leads for my business.

I can also retarget my leads with emails using Clickedin.

It also makes it easy to post content to Linkedin.

Since using Clickedin my business has gotten consistent leads and closed deals.

If you are looking for a solid Linkedin tool then I recommend giving Clickedin a try.

**What do you dislike about Clickedin?**

Clickedin does exactly what it says it will do, nothing more, nothing less.  Using Linkedin for prospecting is a difficult task these days.  Decision-makers are savvier to salespeople, so if you don't provide value, they will quickly dismiss you.  This is where the Clickedin templates come in.

I can use the provided templates with minimal tweaks to get a good connection rate.  

Clickedin is the foundation of an effective Linkedin marketing strategy, but you still need to post content and engage with your prospects.

Hopefully Clickedin will automate the content engagement process like Lem Pods for example, but for now it can be the cornerstone of your Linkedin marketing strategy.

Clickedin provides individual campaigns based on the industries I want to target!  We can also use multi-channel marketing by sending email campaigns to our new Linkedin connections.  Very powerful! The support team is fantastic and responsive, always willing to help even after hours. Some decisions are to be made at the beginning regarding the target market and messaging, but after that, everything else is automated. It makes the lead qualification process easy as ever.

I understand this is not Clickedin's fault, but Linkedin lowered their limits, so we can't reach as many people as before. However, Clickedin created a nifty tool that will skip over undesirable leads and only go to those that seem qualified enough, focusing on quality where we no longer have the old quantity.

If you are looking for a safe and effective lead generation tool, Clickedin is an excellent option. You'll be in good hands.

The tool is not working 1/2 day, and the service is the worst. You can't unsubscribe! Even if you ask for it, they will book a meeting with you and not attend until your next payment... Once you got in, you can never get out!

I have been using clickedin to grow my network and to find new clients for my business through LinkedIn. At first, I was hesitant, but it was SO WORTH IT! The best part is that you can customize your messages, and it automatically adds people you want to target on LinkedIn based on what you choose.

I can’t imagine anyone having anything bad to say about this. It does exactly what it says it does!

One of my biggest issues was spending the time on LinkedIn sending out requests and finding the right people. Clickedin has allowed me to save hours per day on outreach and targets the right people. In just a few months I have generated multiple new clients from using Clickedin.

Clickedin is great and works perfectly for what I am using it for. What I found especially significant was the support, suggestions, and help I received from the team after signing up. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable on how to maximize effectiveness!
