"Powerful Tool, difficult UI/UX"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Click?

Advanced find - it is a powerful tool that is relatively easy to use once you have experience with it. The learning curve can be rather steep but after this time it is a fast and helpful way to track customers and find information needed.

I enjoy the way that search criteria is entered (by specifying line by line what one is searching for). It feels tidy and gives confidence in data received Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Click?

I find that the UI is a little difficult to understand. It looks nice visually, but there are more menus then I think there need to be, making it difficult to find information needed. This creates a less positive user experience. Making something more simple, and having more of the pertinent information in one place would be better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Improvement our marketing process"
4/5
What do you like best about Click?

ClickDimensions connects easily with our Dynamics 365 system. This allows seamless connections for data across both platforms. We also appreciate the ease of use, especially when managing marketing lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Click?

Some behind-the-scenes data doesn't work as cleanly as we'd like for our reporting tools. We found the form builder to have some outdated technology and would like to see it updated for a more user-friendly experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes marketing automation easy"
4/5
What do you like best about Click?

Marketing automation is much easier with the ClickDimensions platform. Building a/b tests into more extensive campaigns has been a game changer in understanding our membership analytics. Campaign heat maps also show what buttons and links work better for each send. The ease of use overall allows my team to adapt and create email templates quickly and send them as needed without much training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Click?

The Dynamic lists and Static lists can feel a bit outdated. Also, the autosave feature can be more annoying than helpful at times. Sometimes I wish there was a little more customizable UI for specific screens but not a significant deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ross Bateman of Click

Thanks Dillon! We greatly appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear ClickDimensions has been a good fit for your organization.

"Click Dimensions Super User"

What do you like best about Click?

The team at CD is extremely helpful in ensuring the system is set up in a way that will help your business achieve their sales and marketing goals. The ability to customize the solution to best suite the way you operate and build in automatic customer touchpoints is very beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Click?

Sometimes the set-up process of dashboards and automation isn't always user-friendly - having more system views and dashboards set-up out of the gate would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickDimensions is enhancing the use of CRM"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Click?

It enhances CRM use and gives us more possibilities to interact with customers. From targeted newsletters, to surveys. It also forces sales colleagues to clean up data on contacts and accounts, because missing info is showing up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Click?

It doesn't work well with all browsers. Sometimes it takes a while before functionality is updated.

It is very annoying that ClickDimensions cannot link an incoming survey or form to the contact it was sent out to. Incoming forms are treated by standard CRM rules that look only at the email address as unique identifier. With multiple accounts using the same email address this is not handled well and automation is screwed up, sending reminders to people that have already sent in a survey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ross Bateman of Click

Thanks Marcel! We greatly appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear ClickDimensions has been a good fit for your organization. We’d welcome the opportunity to discuss forms and surveys further – please feel free to reach out directly to your CSM or contact us at success@clickdimensions.com

"Falls short on the user experience"
1.5/5
What do you like best about Click?

ClickDimensions integrates well with Microsoft D365 CRM, which our company uses. It has the ability to save templates for campaign automation which makes the setup easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Click?

The overall user experience/backend of ClickDimensions isn't very intuitive and has limits to its functionality. For example, when using lists for a campaign automation, they can only be static lists. Its social media functionality is very cumbersome and time-consuming. The reporting functionality is minimal unless you purchase the add-on intelligent dashboards that give you some visibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ross Bateman of Click

We appreciate your review. Please know that we take all feedback, both positive and negative very seriously. "Good small to mid range business solution."
3.5/5
What do you like best about Click?

-Integration with MS Dynamics

-Drag n Drop email editor

-ability to capture form input using pre existing forms

-ability to track web visits using tracking script

-cadence of updates / fixes seems on par with larger solutions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Click?

- The OOTB form builder seems a bit clunky and limits what can be done with the forms. Form capture may be a better option for enterprises, but it will require developer help.

- There also is no independent document library where we can store docs that need to be attached to emails. There is a library, but it's hidden within the email editor.

- for email automations we cannot use a dynamically generated list of recipients.

- the Cvent event connector only tracks events up to 90 days out. A good number of events are created and begin registration far in advance so this causes event organizers to check the event site for attendee info until they 90 day threshold when that info is pulled into dynamics. "ClickDimensions is the missing marketing piece for Dynamics 365 CRM"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Click?

I personally like that CD has a superb built-in email editor and the dynamic insertion selections for personalization are outstanding - allowing a very rich and robust personalization to any emails, sequences and automations. The automation builder is a bit complex but worth the learning curve and handles everything with precision and all the options you need for marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Click?

My only dislike that I have found is that you cannot import a list of existing accounts to add all contacts to a marketing list. We have account level reporting that sometimes has a need to email all-hands at an account and there is no easy way to cull from an existing list report from other systems... No workaround that I found so I had to build a desktop macro to pull from a spreadsheet and post into the search field and then add to a pre-made marketing list. Other then this minor issue, the features are enterprise level and superb. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
