The amount of personalization and automation is very usefull in a B2B setting. We keep finding new ways to optimize and personalize our marketing campaigns with the tools in ClickDimensions. What do you dislike about Click? There is a big learning curve. We work with a lot of marketers from all over the world on ClickDimensions and most of them don't know most of the features. We run a lot of campaings and before we had to manage everything in Excel sheets which was not ideal. It is easy to forget to follow up or make mistakes if everything is manual. I find ClickDimensions to be a valuable tool due to its seamless integration with Microsoft Dynamics, our current CRM system. The audiences feature enables us to delve into our CRM data, revealing more nuanced audience and lead types to inform targeted campaigns. ClickDimensions is less feature-rich than other marketing platforms I've used previously e.g. autogenerating plain text verions of emails. The interface for creating email campaigns is super clunky.
