Creating donation pages is done through VisualForce pages and requires an expert to set up. It also means that every time you need to make a change to a C&P donation page, you're going to need help unless you know at least basic coding.

Click and Pledge has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Whenever we had a problem with anything it was nearly impossible to get a response. We were at one point working with Click and pledge for months trying to solve a problem related to recurring donations and eventually we were told that they knew there was no solution to the problem - but it took ages for us to get a straight answer. Click&Pledge is all about their customers and providing the best solution for them. Their product is continually being updated to what the customers and the community needs. Their support and office hours with Kamran Razvan are amazing and I have spent a lot of time in their receiving much need help and support with implementing their product. They have grown a lot since we first implemented them back before my time with ACF. It has been great to work with them through all the changes and I look forward to the changes to come. It would be nice if they were compatible with more than one merchant service company, however I do understand why they have decided to partner with just one merchant. Because they are always innovating and changing their product, for the better, it does take some added staff time in staying up to date on the application and all of its modules inside of its package.
