The communications regarding work orders allow all staff to see progress, items on hold, comments for additional needs that pertain to a w/o along with all the other tracking items. Asset management allows for tracking of reactive work on specific items as well as pm work on specifics. Over and above costs are being reduced due to the upkeep and maintenance of our larger assets. I like how easy it is to use. I have loved each person I have worked with through the entire process. They have been so supportive and patient with me. The "requesters" have started using Click Maint with no complaints at all. They all say wow that is so easy. That is what I wanted to hear. I was tired of them not likeing the old system and refusing to use it. Click Maint has saved my world! I love how easy the entire intergration process was from the old system to Click maint. I promise I tried really hard to think of one thing I can put here and I just can not think of one thing that has not made me happy or satisfied with Click Maint. The best CMMS program there is! Our previous CMMS system was not easy to use so the employees would complain about it being hard and just flat out would not submit their work order request through HIPPO.. Instead, they would just tell us or send an email and I would submit the work order. Since switching to Click Maint the emoplyees have been submitting work orders and I have not heard one complaint. We use Click Maint to help manage work orders, repairs and scheduled maintenance for our office building. The software helps us stay on top of work and keep organized. It helps us to stay on top of scheduled preventive maintenance, equipment warranties, contractors and repairs and costs. A great feature is that we get notifications when maintenance is required. The mobile app is very easy to use especially on the go. There are nothing but good things to say about Click Maint: easy to use, easy to set up, and affordable. The strong reporting modual is fantatic and something we were looking for in a CMMS. As a strata hotel, we have to keep a close eye on maintance costs and this reporting helps us do just that with efficiency and ease.
