The platform itself is intuitive and well-designed — I was able to fully configure it for a client, including third-party integrations, in under a week. That kind of speed-to-value is rare. Changes had to be made by contacting Click rather than being able to make the changes ourselves. That has changed and there is more ability for us as a company to make changes and edits. We can now offer a consistent onboarding process for our new hires that no longer requires time spent on day 1 having to fill in paperwork. If you've worked in HR for a company with multiple offices across multiple states, you can already imagine the headache that creates from a process and legality standpoint. Clickboarding is able to solve a LOT of the problems that we face. To this day we're still incredibly impressed with how it has streamlined our new hire process so much that onboarding a remote worker is just as easy as onboarding someone in the office. The UI could be a little better, there are limitations on how you want things to look and it can get to be a bit...crowded looking... if you're hiring a lot. I feel like we have a great working relationship, in that if we ever need assistance, I know I will always get the same person who can help out, which keeps things nice and consistent. For instance, I have a lot of clients who want to add multiple signatures to an onboard form, and right now they only have the ability for a candidate to sign off, unless they are filling out the I-9 Part Two.
