Clevra is an AI dispatcher for trades: field service management software that takes a job from call to invoice. One web app runs the whole job: a request comes in, the office sends an estimate and books the visit, the tech does the work, and the client gets invoiced and pays online. It’s built for owner-operators and crews of 1 to 15 users. The core trades are subsurface scanning, utility locating and inspection, and it also serves home services, property and outdoor trades. What’s included: Requests and leads: a hosted request form with photos, an inbound email address, a webhook and a public API, all feeding one New Leads inbox. Pipeline and estimates: a kanban sales pipeline, price book line items, online approval with a signature, and automatic follow-ups. Scheduling and dispatch: a day, week and month calendar, drag-and-drop on desktop, a map view and recurring visits. Clients get booking confirmations, reminders and On My Way messages. On-site capture: checklists with photos and signatures, timesheets with approvals, expenses and job costing. Invoicing and payments: Generate Invoice from a job, online card payments through Stripe, overdue reminders, and a client portal for approvals and payments. AI built in: the AI Business Assistant answers questions about your jobs, revenue and receivables from live data. The Clevra MCP server connects your business to Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants. Integrations: QuickBooks Online, Stripe, a calendar feed and built-in business texting. Technician app: an iOS beta for the crew’s day, visits and timesheets. Coming next: AI receptionist (Early access): answers calls and books requests.
