    "I love PipelineDeals: This product is great and simple to use for our emerging sales organization. It tracks all of our emails that we send out and adds them as contacts to the database. We have a calling center and it easily hooks up to our dialer to make sure we are capturing all of our analytics. Though the CRM package was not built to support a company like ours, we have been able to customise our databases heavily to meet our needs. This has been helped massively by the amazing Support team, and I must mention Sam Harris and Alix Snell in particular. I love being able to create my own reports.
