CleverTap should focus on building more industry-first AI-powered capabilities that will empower lifecycle marketing teams to focus more on experiment designing and optimizations. We started our partnership with CleverTap to address a key business problem: Improving conversion across abandoned carts on the back of personalized and timely nudges. Furthermore, with CleverTap Journeys, we were able to drive cohesive and consistent omnichannel experiences at scale across email, push, SMS, and in-app notifications. Timely nudges with personalized offers prompted users to re-engage with their abandoned carts and complete their purchase, significantly increasing conversions on our platform. I like the possibility of automating processes in CleverTap. I enjoy the possibilities of automation in general, such as being able to update properties, connect with information databases, create journeys, and have periodic communications. The segments are too static and new ones have to be made each time. Uploads via SFTP are not straightforward and sometimes do not work well. Some functions that used to work stop doing so and screen loading is very slow. Help through tickets and emails is very slow. Support is too slow and they do not accept when there is an error. The download of users is not clear, the identities have too many IDs in the same field and it makes analysis difficult without a very good filter on the information.
