Recommendations to others considering Collect:
Don't waste time benchmarking (I've spent 3 days testing, trying... a headache). Invest an hour in setting your campaign, docs, create forms... Try on yourself as a recipient. Create at least 2 follow-ups (people are like this:). Deactivate real-time notifications (each time someone uploads a doc) and log every week on the portal to validate docs and forms (it takes 1 minute per client). Along the way, you will discover beautiful features you didn't know you need them that much ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Collect solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an education NGO collecting lots of info/docs (legal and others) from dozens of members and teachers. From ID card copies to knowing food issues, make then sign docs, etc. In the past we've done it by hand (nightmare), and then tried different automatic systems (not adapted/frustrating). Collect is designed for this and does the extra mile to achieve the job.
We can now collect 150 documents + hundreds of answers from 30-50 people in less than a month, for a total energy spending of 2h (to review and validate). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
