Clever Rook is safety paperwork software for small US construction contractors. Describe the week's work, a task or a project, and it writes a toolbox talk, a job hazard analysis (JHA/JSA) or a site-specific safety plan in about a minute, with English and Spanish side by side. Each document is written from the official text of the OSHA construction standards it cites and lists those sections, so a competent person can check it quickly. Crews scan a QR code, read the document in their language and sign with a finger: no app or account. Signatures land on a printable sign-in sheet, every document is kept with its date, project and reviewer, and each project exports as one safety binder PDF for a general contractor, insurer or inspector. Free plan: 3 documents a month. Crew: $29/month. Company: $49/month with up to 5 people and your logo on PDFs. Priced per company, not per seat. There's also a free library of bilingual toolbox talks and JHA examples, blank JHA, JSA and pre-task plan templates, and a toolbox talk sign-in sheet, as PDF and Word files.
