Clever Little Cart gives independent shops an online store, a POS for the counter and one stock count behind both, with the back office in the same system and one login. When something sells at the till, the website knows straight away, so you never sell what you no longer have. Online shop: start from a ready-made design and change anything with a drag-and-drop builder. Products can have sizes, colours and their own stock, price and barcode. Customers can check out as guests and pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna and other local methods. The shop runs on your own domain, with the security certificate set up automatically. POS: runs in the browser on a counter computer or tablet. It takes cash, card, gift cards or split payments, handles returns, exchanges and click-and-collect, and keeps selling when the internet drops. Stock and back office: Stock is counted per shop and warehouse, with a history of every change. Count stock by scanning barcodes with a camera. A daily low-stock email, plus purchase orders to suppliers. Packing tools, refunds and customer returns. Reports you can build and export. Selling across the EU: the checkout charges the right country’s VAT, and the dashboard gives you the figures for your OSS return. Moving in: import products, customers, stock, past orders and photos from CSV, preview before anything is saved, and undo an import if needed.
