It answers every call 24/7 in the practice's name, handles any number of callers at once, and books appointments directly into the practice management system, including Dentally, Software of Excellence Exact, Aerona, CareStack, Pearl Dental, Semble and many more. Clero handles new and existing patients, follows practice rules for NHS and private appointments, and passes urgent calls to the team. It also makes outbound calls: appointment confirmations, patient recalls and follow-up of new enquiries within a minute. Every call leaves a summary, recording and transcript in the dashboard.
