It helps guide customers better since the service ensures that my customers easily find the items they need in my store, where I have over 9000 products. They can effortlessly use the search field and receive recommendations for products that complement what they've been browsing. What do you dislike about Clerk.io? I haven't really found anything yet. Something I'm not satisfied with, something that isn't good about them. It's one thing to have a friendly and helpful contact. It's another thing entirely when that team (which has never changed for us in over two years) goes to great lengths to alter its product roadmap to meet your business's needs. The team have dug deep into our model and crafted a solution that delivers incredible results despite numerous challenges. This difference means that the recommendations deliver better results than any other tools on our marketplaces, including a +300% increase in click-through on one of our pages. After the initial setup, I have been assigned a personal assistant to help with the monitoring and further development to get the most out of the system. At the moment Cathrine is doing a great job keeping an eye on what is happening in the account and it's development.
