What do you like best about Clerk.io?

We haven't been using Clerk.io for more than a month, but we would already recommend it to people who are considering integrating this.

With Clerk we have been given an opportunity to show relevant products to our customers. Their customer service / support is amazing, competent and friendly and they are ready to help almost immediately if there are problems or something you want changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clerk.io?

In-house, we are not that skilled in HTML / CSS, so a more user-friendly option for design changes would be preferable. Clerk.io is a semi-expensive solution for a company of our size, but we are also aware that quality costs and you get what you pay for :).

Integration may seem overwhelming at first, but their support team is very helpful and quick. Here a shoutout to Adam must be heard for great help and a great deal of patience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Clerk.io:

If you need to automate your webshop's search function, product recommendations etc. Clerk is the answer. Here you do not have to monitor your best-selling products and manually make decisions about what is going into your feed - it's all done by Clerk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clerk.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clerk has helped us to optimize our search function especially by correcting spelling errors. In addition, Clerk.io has helped us make relevant product recommendations to our customers, based on order history and behavior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clerk.io?

Product Recommendations that shows personalized and therefore relevant suggestions. They can be positioned on all strategic areas of the site (HP-Category Page, Product page, Add to cart, Checkout, Blog page but above all on the Newsletter template. An AI-based technology that optimizes the results of the products displayed on the basis of 3 variables: sales volume, seasonality and trends, allow to assure the best recommendation output to the users. What do you dislike about Clerk.io?

You can run the slide customisation through teh cms but for a fully harmonization of the clerk.io elements better to act into the css so is better to ask to a web designer but only one time for the set up stage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clerk.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

The clerk.io slides work according a great number of logics (cross selling, alternatives, hot product, best seller etc...). They are very easy to customize and embedded into the single web side position. In the back office, a powerful Analytics system measures the value insights based on the ability of each element (slide) to generate sales.
