What do you like best about Clerk.io?

The process of deciding what features would work best, the initialising and onboarding have all been seamless so far. Each team member has been friendly, explained everything clearly and concisely, and importantly has taken the time to get some understanding of our business so they can make relevant recommendations.

I'm optimistic about the features and functionality available, love that the dashboard is clear and easy to understand, and the support available so far to ensure we're maximising the capabilities of Clerk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clerk.io?

Get in touch even just for a chat to see if they can help. It was clear after a few minutes that we could benefit from impimenting some of Clerks features - we did not feel pressured to opt in for all their bundles, only the onces that we felt would be of use. What problems is Clerk.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

More different searh view on my web, Recommendations need to be some basic function to need to be a parts of this feature

I have started to use Email, but setup up for my Klaviyo i neee choose Klavyio every time i inset the html code in the email, you should have a option to choose Klaviyo as standard.

When creating content in email, i try many time before i succes, and need to try different setup before getting it right,,,,,it should be more easy

A better price, it a lot of money there should be a 6 md. or 12md. price to safe $ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clerk.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Search and Recommendations are the products is use, it could be nice to know what to do to increase my sales out from other shop logics, what do they use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We did the integration with Clerk ourselves with the support of the Clerk onboarding team, who were great and helpe dwhere needed. They clearly lead us through this process so that we maximised the potential, the results so far have been great and look forward to working with our customer success manager to further improve this. Bite the bullet and get it, the return on investment is superb and has been getting better with time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clerk.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest benefit so far has been the improvement in conversions from the search facility, we've seen a 138% increase in conversion rates. We're still running through best practices, so I'm still expecting further improvement of the search conversion rate and product recommendations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
