Though Cleo has collaborated with many partners, there is no way to leverage their past work as each translation is specific between Partners A and B. We like the CIC interface and that gives more visibility to our engineers to monitor the issues quickly and respond back to our internal Clients swiftly. This kind of visibility is not available in our previous vendor tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The CIC platform is very flexible, capable of handling just about any integration that I can imagine. We use it both as a middleware for internal interfaces and for external integrations with our trading partners. Being a Third Party Logistics company we challenged to build integrations of all sorts utilizing standard x12, API's, flatfiles, XML, JSON, etc. We have blended services which allows my team to support and develop on our own but also to have Cleo take over when my team does not have capacity to take on another project.
