It helps us know the volume we're getting on a daily basis and allows us to do analytical work to track what we're getting on a monthly and yearly basis. It also keeps track of the different errors we may see and gives us more exposure to solving these errors. **What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud?** A good detailed response into the errors is lacking. It does not clearly state what the error is and offers no suggestions on what should be done to correct the error. I would give the initial setup a five out of 10 because we had to go back and do a lot of rework. **What problems is Cleo Integration Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cleo Integration Cloud helps us track errors and transaction volumes, enabling analysis and error resolution. The support I get is great. **What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud?** I struggle with its design. What I think of as a simple task, like taking file A and sending it to location X, becomes two tasks: moving the file to one place and then executing the SFTP to move it to its final location. Our version is also not a GUI one; it's all command lines. I can track EDI transmission, resubmit and monitor invoice transmissions for strategic accounts. I like the feature that shows which accounts have rejected invoices. **What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud?** I dislike the options to search data points are unclear. Cleo uses "User Reference" whichs makes it difficult to track certain data points. The ability to view invoices that did not go through on larger EDI transmissions is also limited. Cleo will confirm an accepted transmission but will not respond with rejected or failed invoices for larger accounts. We are also unable to view smaller line item rejections on the larger EDI submissions. Support from Cleo is also not very responsive. We have an outstanding ticket for this and have yet to get a status **Recommendations to others considering Cleo Integration Cloud:** Great tool but does take some time to learn. **What problems is Cleo Integration Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Cleo Integration, we are resolving transmission issues and system glitches. We can identify rejected EDI transmissions and determine why an invoice was rejected. It has created structure and processes for handling technical issues with purchase orders. To be more specific I have trouble justifying Clarify as a viable option when we have programmers on staff that can create applications faster and in a more modular fashion. Example we want to replicate 100 tables into Azure. To do this in clarify I would need to create 200 schemas then map each table to the appropriate destination table. Even if these tables are identical. This problem can be solved much more efficiently by custom coding a solution. **What problems is Cleo Integration Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We utilize Harmony to track our FTP and AS2 connections also Harmony gave us the ability to host SFTP. Also, version control supported by Clarify is SVN over Git. **Recommendations to others considering Cleo Integration Cloud:** The training provided by Cleo University is wonderful and a fantastic jumping off tool. We are able to utilize flat files, standard edi, spreadsheets and xml files and run them into multiple back end systems. **What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud?** I dislike the production deployment process and the inability to see what is truely running for code on the production server. **What problems is Cleo Integration Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We utilize Clarify for edi and text file orders. Several ERP systems are being interfaced utilizing Clarify. ### 27. This versatility allows me to adapt to each integration rather than being limited to a one size fits all approach. **What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud?** I dislike the lack of certain features that should be up to current standards. Web Service features are lacking. **What problems is Cleo Integration Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We currently use Cleo for On-prem integration with our various systems, and for EDI integration with customers. This encompasses standardized x12 EDI as well as application to application through XML, Flat file, and database connectors. ### 29. Export and import functionality for the configuration. Detailed log history is available. **What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud?** Hosts vs. mailboxes is confusing with the Lexicom product. VLTrader removes this. If same vendor has different mailboxes this requires multiple licenses. No ability to have test mailboxes without using up a license. **What problems is Cleo Integration Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** How to pick up remote files securely from our business partners in an automatic scheduled fashion. ### 30.
