For example, I don’t like that when we need to find older documents, we have to search using a custom range (like 60 days). Scheduled reports should also be improved; currently there isn’t a feature for ad hoc reporting. On the positive side, I’ve never faced any performance issues, and it feels fast enough. On the order window: the default is 60 days, but the date range is customizable, so your CSM can walk you through configuring that. The ability to pull up a single record by PO number, invoice number, or message ID is something I've passed directly to our product team — that kind of targeted lookup matters a lot in day-to-day operations, and we want to make sure it's tracked. Troubleshooting complex issues can require deep product knowledge, and log analysis is not always straightforward. The user interface can feel less intuitive compared to some modern cloud-native integration platforms. Initial onboarding and configuration for complex partner integrations may take time, and documentation for certain advanced use cases could be more detailed. The implementation engineer Marianne Kania was personable, genuine and real I was honest that I had zero idea what I was doing, and they made the setup of a new Trading Partner a breeze. What I like most about Cleo Integration Cloud is the cloud. For years, we used Cleo Lexicom, which was an in-house product that we had to host locally on our own servers to provide the functionality that we needed. But now, using Cleo Integration Cloud and a very lightweight agent on-site, we are able to push the burden of hosting and managing the application back to the cloud. The fact that Cleo Integration Cloud is cloud-based allows me to free up my time that would otherwise be required to manage the locally installed application, keeping it backed up, updated, patched, etcetera. I found the initial setup to be quite easy, and the agent that we had to install locally was very quick and easy through a provided PowerShell script. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud? There's only one enhancement that I wish Cleo Integration Cloud had, which is the ability to set a window of time where my systems would be unavailable. The integrated monitoring system on Cleo Integration Cloud checks when my system is unavailable and reports it as an outage, sending lots of emails to notify me of a problem. But it's actually scheduled downtime for my system, so my preference would be to tell Cleo Integration Cloud not to consider my systems being down during this timeframe as an error, but to ignore those time frames instead. A lot of the tools that the CIC offers are very robust and user-friendly. One of my favorite functions is the ability to generate and send out a new connection certificate, and have the CIC auto-magically update the certificate once the trade partner installs and uses it. That cuts down on a lot of the coordination required for the effort. I also do like the ease of seeing the documents before and after transformation with minimum extra effort. I don't often need to make high priority tickets for production down issues, but there can be a lack of communication back to me after I've made a ticket. Also per the support site documentation, there's a phone number to call to escalate the ticket, but no one has ever picked up in the few times that I've had calls. What problems is Cleo Integration Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you? One issue that Cleo has solved for us is a nuance of one of our connections that several customers utilize. Through the one connection, we transact with several distributors sending different length PO numbers. The CIC team was able to create a self-service cross reference table for us to be able to add and edit these as needed alleviated a lot of confusion with the inbound orders. We like Cleo Integration Cloud's constant progress with upgrades and updates, including visual overhauls. Their support is good too. We really like the SVN functionality which works kind of like GitHub for storing different copies of my projects, making it easy to audit and review previous deployments or versions of a project and track changes. CIC Studio UI might be a bit cleaner because now it almost looks like it's zoomed in a bit. You're not able to see that much information on your current screen as you used to be, so we have to drag windows around to see all the information.
