I like that Cleo Integration Cloud notifies us and tracks the errors, allowing us to get down to the platform and see the different errors and the amount of transactions we receive each day. It helps us know the volume we're getting on a daily basis and allows us to do analytical work to track what we're getting on a monthly and yearly basis. A good detailed response into the errors is lacking. It does not clearly state what the error is and offers no suggestions on what should be done to correct the error. What I think of as a simple task, like taking file A and sending it to location X, becomes two tasks: moving the file to one place and then executing the SFTP to move it to its final location. Our version is also not a GUI one; it's all command lines. I would like it to be engineered in a way that I could let more users have access to control their needs and not have to build for everyone. I really like Cleo Integration Cloud for processing and resolving EDI functions. I can track EDI transmission, resubmit and monitor invoice transmissions for strategic accounts. I like the feature that shows which accounts have rejected invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud? I dislike the options to search data points are unclear. Cleo uses "User Reference" whichs makes it difficult to track certain data points. The ability to view invoices that did not go through on larger EDI transmissions is also limited. Cleo will confirm an accepted transmission but will not respond with rejected or failed invoices for larger accounts. We are also unable to view smaller line item rejections on the larger EDI submissions. Support from Cleo is also not very responsive. What problems is Cleo Integration Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you? With Cleo Integration, we are resolving transmission issues and system glitches. We can identify rejected EDI transmissions and determine why an invoice was rejected. It has created structure and processes for handling technical issues with purchase orders. The tool has the content of the objects and how they are updated. We use Clarify for planning interpretation. The elements we are at present utilising are just a small part of what we could be utilising, so in the distance, as we find use cases for Cleo to tackle, we will as of now have the product introduced and we will currently be know all about it. Complete Automation and Transformation of End to end data with Plugin connectors with Cloud Deployment. Protection against data leakage and APIs for fault tolerance. The email notifications are good, detailed and informational. The Processing speed is satisfactory and did not cause any delays or unconventional errors. Now you can make a session like PUT 997\*.\* PUT 856\*.\* PUT 810\*.\* and all files started with 997 will be sent first, started with 856 - next, and 810 last. We haven't totally transferred all customers through cloud - it's a bit soon to say. UPDATE: So far we have integrated 3 customers and getting through some hiccups. I don't like when items don't integrate - that we cannot see both the customer item number screen along with fixing error. We have to write down all information and then correct for mapping. Only used for 1 year, so still learning all aspects, Cleo dashboard when setup properly is a nice tool to review EDI transactions.
