The client tools within the product are easy to use and intuitive. The support team was helpful and receptive. The annual conference is worthwhile to learn about upcoming features and tips & tricks with the platform. The design of the self-service dashboards looks very promising, although we have not implemented this feature at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud? When it runs smoothly it is a solid platform, but we have had challenges with system performance at our peak volumes. We have Harmony in the cloud and Clarify on-prem. With the single server Clarify things worked well, but we have been struggling for months to have a stable cluster setup. This has stalled our desire to move fully to the cloud platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Cleo Integration Cloud: The main concern and struggle for us has been the stability of our Clarify cluster operating at scale. Our plan was to implement Clarify on-prem (windows), then add movement in the Cloud (Harmony), then setup a Clarify Cluster on-prem and finally migrate all of Clarify to a managed services model in CIC. If you operate on a large scale, make certain that you do a POC or have some serious SLAs around performance before committing to CIC. Based on our on-prem experience we are uncomfortable about moving 100% to the cloud at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
