It offers us excellent API and EDI capabilities. This makes it easy to connect several applications through a centralized platform. It offers great flexibility. It is also very adaptable as it integrates excellently with other applications within our ecosystem. With CIC, we get the best platform for bringing everything together and a means to becoming more productive

The product has worked well for us since the start. Support has been very helpful when i was unsure what to do. There is templates that you can use to import known settings for vendors, some of which we actually do business with.

If you are not familiar with some of the details of AS2 for example it can be hard to understand what is needed exactly. Would be good to include wizards that will walk you through setting up connections. That would reduce support calls.

The flexibility and speed to market is quite impressive. We are able to keep our EDI staff small and invest in them and Cleo products to meet all of our customer and vendor needs. It also fits in seamlessly with our internal systems. I cannot be happier with our speed to market and responsiveness to customer change requests. My developers brag about how quickly they can implement and adapt. They are simple to use, responsive, current with the times, and reliability.

Their account management team has our best interests at heart. They truly care about our business and reach out on a regular basis to check up on us.

We use Clarify and Harmony. Some of the error messages in Clarify could be better (more informative) and certain places in the Harmony interface tend to lag. This is really just me being petty, but that's the only thing I dislike about their products and platforms.

You absolutely have to have your EDI employees look at the suite of products from Cleo. There's so much power and yet ease-of-use that you would be foolish not to consider them for your EDI needs.

We are able to rapidly deploy integrations with multiple partners at a time. This saves us money and time, increases our efficiencies, all while being a solid platform backed by an amazing support team.

It is one of those software, where one can easily rely upon, especially when it comes to safety/security of their data. Some features which are really worth giving a try is the easy integrability of this software with the rest of company's workspace or website. It doesn't require any change in the existing environment and works smoothly. It's really good for daily work, and processes our information quite fast. It is of great use when one wants both a cloud service from which their confidential data can not be leaked, and at the same time want to maximize the output of their system. In and out a great product which comes handy.

There's nothing much one can dislike about this, except that being a premium product, it's cost is high, which means implementing it directly on a company wide scale requires great trust from your end. Also, there are other cloud softwares which come at a cheaper rate and provides extra features, but their safety is questioned now and then. So I will still recommend this product.

I will say, give it a try for sure, and take a learning as to how and when one can effectively use this service.

I feel such products are of great use, in any industry related problem, as cloud services are required by almost all companies today. One just can't store their data in free services, and this is where such products come to great use.

I feel this is one of those products, where you can easily increase your company's efficiency, just by learning the basics of integration and deploying it on a large scale with minimal waste of time. Gone are the times when one needs to simultaneously interact with multiple workspaces just to do a small task. With cleo integration service, I am quite relieved about the workflow, once I have gone through the flow of information of my own company. The documentation is really nice, and good for API integration. Great tool for expanding your company's sales, and produces mindblowing figures in terms of profit. Quite an exceptional app. The scalability of the app is quite remarkable, and the best thing is about the reduction in computational time of calculative tasks, that comes with a smart technology.

Nothing much honestly. In the beginning, it seemed to be quite expensive and unaffordable especially in times of lower sales, because the system isn't intelligent enough in the beginning that can increase the existing productivity levels. However, with time, when we begin to understand the usage, it doesn't seem that expensive, though it is when compared to some other integration cloud services.

There's no harm in recommending is what I genuinely feel.
