“It just works!”

What do you like best?

The best part about Cleo is that you can set it up and forget it. It just does what it's supposed to do.

What do you dislike?

There are so many options that it can be difficult to find the setting you want to change.

Get the trial and see all of the features available.

“Cleo usage”

What do you like best?

I have used this software at this and the last three organizations that I worked with. My teams and the customers we resold to used it due to the ease of use, ability to scale

What do you dislike?

I do not have anything to call out at this time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have used this at my current company and past company, it has been easy to use, upgrade and scale.

“Cleo is a solid company with a good product suite.”

What do you like best?

We are still implementing but so far it was easy to install and configure, as well as having a smaller footprint than our existing software. The web interface is intuitive and responsive.

What do you dislike?

Would like it to have the ability for automated cleanup of stale user accounts.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do the research and compare features with pricing structure. For us this was the best of both worlds.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are still implementing this solution and are replacing an aging software that won't scale to the level that Cleo allows us to. This will give us more agility and greater control.

“Cleo Integration Cloud did exactly what I needed it to do”

What do you like best?

My favorite part about Cleo software is that it works perfectly almost every time. Generally speaking, we have nearly 100% uptime. When things go awry, it's almost never a result of the Cleo Integration Cloud.

What do you dislike?

I would like to see more community support - maybe a message board or discussion group? - for supporting newer people using the software. More resources, like a knowledge base, would be helpful in learning.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The software is easy to use, but you have to know where to go to find things. I'd make sure you're well aware of how to use the functionality you need before going live.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to process multiple transfers at one time and get real-time reporting for any errors that may occur. Where I used to spend hours tracking down WHY something failed, now I can see almost instantly.

“Responsive company that backs up their product.”

What do you like best?

In dealing with either support or the sales and engineering team, the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. However, if they do not know the answer, they will not feed you a line of crap. They will say I don't know, and then find an answer or solution to your question.

What do you dislike?

So far, there hasn't been anything for me to dislike. I have had multiple contacts with support, and a few contacts with sales/management, and it's all been positive.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Cleo is providing us with their FTP solution. We move large amounts of data and files between institutions and their product replaces the one we currently use. In comparison to the product they are replacing, Cleo's product is much easier to manage, and were promised it will be more robust.
