**What do you like best about Cleever?**

The Support service is very good, low transaction costs and a robust fraud management solution that they handle , takes the stress away from the retailer and reduces chargebacks.

**What do you dislike about Cleever?**

The add-on services can cause customer dissatisfaction for those that do not realise terms and conditions, but Cleever quickly resolves these typically through their customer support.

**What problems is Cleever solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stable, robust payment solution and mitigates chargebacks, so frees up our customer operations  teams
