Cleemo is French software for real estate agencies, property managers and condominium managers (syndics), with AI employees built in. Cleemo App covers the daily work of an agency: properties and units, leases, tenants and owners, rent tracking and receipts, inventories, maintenance tickets, documents, CRM and property listings. For condominium managers, a syndic module handles general assemblies, co-ownership accounting, budgets and fund calls, bank reconciliation, suppliers and SEPA transfer files, arrears and reminders, year-end closing and a co-owner extranet (being rolled out with a first firm since October 2026). Cleemo AI gives each agency its own AI assistants. They work in the agency's tools (email in Gmail or Outlook), act through a service identity with limited rights, log every action, and send an email only after an explicit human "yes". Committing actions such as validating an accounting entry or issuing a transfer stay human-only. Available on the web, iOS, Android, Mac and Windows. Interface in 12 languages; the newest syndic modules are in French only.
