Not a massive fan of how the budget flexibilty works. Currently, if you enable budget flexibility, the first payment has to fail before it then allows it go through a second time, once the cloud service provide retries the payment. Not all cloud subscriptions retry automatically, quickly. It leads to 'missed' or 'failed' payment notifications and confusion. It gives us a really clear picture of exactly what we're spending each month on software subscriptions. You still have to work to control it, but before it just felt like we were totally blind. The process to manage budgets and set up debit cards takes some getting used to. For a while we were getting a lot of failed payments because either the amount taken by the vendor varied from the budget or the timing of the payment was different from what was expected. I like that I can filter invoices nicely any way I like. I also love that I don't have to contact the users of these services we use in the companies; Cledara solves this.
