Cledara has completely simplified how I manage software and subscriptions. The platform makes everything easy to view and organise, and I always know I’m up to date with invoices. It also fully integrates with our finance system, which saves a huge amount of time and energy as I no longer need to reconcile accounts manually. I especially love the ability to issue separate cards for each subscription. If someone leaves the company, I can instantly cancel the card linked to their licence while waiting on customer service, which saves so much time and avoids unnecessary charges. I’m quite new to Cledara, having used it for only a couple of months, but I’m already very impressed. The platform has significantly improved the way we manage our software subscriptions — everything now feels organised and under control. We no longer have multiple subscriptions spread across different credit cards, which used to make tracking spend and renewals a real challenge. With Cledara, everything is centralised and easy to oversee. The interface is intuitive and clear, giving us full visibility over payments, renewals, and budgets. Even in a short time, it’s made a noticeable difference to how efficiently we manage our software.
