I tried to use their Legal Documents Review service and I am sharing my experience for the same.

Legal document review is a kind of service that should be done in a timely fashion because there's usually a lot of strings attached to your document which you want to get reviewed. It's been almost 10 days and I don't have a single pointer from the ClearTax team as far as the review is concerned, I got a call 4 days ago that my document will be reviewed the next day but never heard anything from the ClearTax team again. I think ClearTax is providing this service just for the sake of increasing the number of their offerings and have no intention to serve the customers. This is my first try to avail of their offerings and I am truly disappointed.

Also, any review on their own website can’t be trusted. I tried to add the same review there and it seems they screen every review and upload it on their website if they feel like to. So maybe you’ll never find my review there :p Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
