**What do you like best about ClearTax?**

Cleartax provides the option to upload multiple Form-16s. It easily aggregates all the tax forms. Very user-friendly and very useful for filing taxes. All the necessary calculations are taken care by Cleartax

**What do you dislike about ClearTax?**

The paid service is not that helpful. The accounting people seem to be zero knowledge. Sometimes the services are incomplete.

**What problems is ClearTax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides services in Filing GST, taxes but their paid services are not great. They're not 100% beneficial to the users. It needs a lot of improvement and support needs to be responsive.
