The layout could probably be more open and clear. There seems to be a lot of duplication which I can understand on a website basis. However, the primary functions could be more highlighted on the layout of the website. For example, "create a message" could be the main button (larger) that pops out right when you open clearstream. I am capable of figuring all this out on your website, but when I think of some of the less tech-savvy church leaders, this would be helpful. Also the contacts sync button could be more easily accessible. Maybe even every time you send a message it re-syncs the contacts with planning center to make sure everyone is there. sometimes I add peoples to Planning center the same day I send out a text. Clearstream makes it easy for us to deploy texting campaigns at scale across our church so as to quickly contact members. When used to help keep our campuses informed on upcoming news and events we reliably see a jump in event attendance. We find them to be well priced and to have excellent, attentive, customer service.
