What do you like best about Clearstory?

Tracking status of change orders for a job that I can share with our GC customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clearstory?

Entering a revision has been an issue. Sometimes i want to update a COR with a new revision, but it isn't clear exactly how to do it. In the past I have overridden the number but nowthat doesn't work and it gives me an issue saying there's another COR with that name. Adding a #X.1 makes it unclear for everyone so i try to avoid that. But often times we submit a revision that should override previous versions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clearstory?

What do you like best about Clearstory?

Remote signing, removes traditional geographic and physical barriers allowing quickr processing and negotiation of T & M work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clearstory?

Like any application or program there are miniscule interface issues. Along with preference differences a more customizable interface would be helpful and the ability to edit signed tags (or at least revise). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clearstory?

Visibility amongst all team members (General Contractor Team & Subcontractor Team) as to what changes are submitted, outstanding, approved, marked up for revision, rejected, etc.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clearstory?

Integration is not currently available for the SAP system that my company uses. This causes the need for double entry between the platforms. This isn't a deal breaker since the system saves time in all other aspects of the change order review process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clearstory?

Centralized format to view all change orders received on a single project while providing the ability to see all projects with an accessible filter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clearstory?

The requirement to issue email notifications to subcontractors when a change order is approved in the system. There should be a way to disable this function during the job setup. The contractor will get a formal subcontract change order from the respective GC as their notification of approval. Why hit them with multiple emails? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
