Clearsales was incredibly easy to integrate with Shopify, we had great service for all our questions, answered in a super reasonable time. The service offered by Clearsales is well worth it, especially as this work was done on a daily basis by our in-house team, who can now focus on higher value-added tasks. **What do you dislike about ClearSale?** We have much less loadback management, of course, but we don't see this information in clearsales. I'd have liked our admin teams to have this information directly from the platform. Also from a continuous improvement point of view, that way clearsales would be aware of orders that have ended up as chargebacks. **What problems is ClearSale solving and how is that benefiting you?** Clearsales analyzes every order on our ecommerce site and answers whether it's a fraudulent poentielle or not within 24 hours.
