Clearproof is a creative approval platform built for freelancers, agencies, studios, and in-house creative teams. We're a cloud-based SaaS tool designed to replace messy email threads and scattered feedback with a fast, structured approval workflow. Clearproof lets you upload creative assets: videos, images, PDFs, and documents, and share them with clients via a secure review link. Reviewers can leave timestamped comments directly on the asset, approve or request changes, and collaborate without needing an account. Whether you're a solo freelancer managing one client or an agency juggling multiple projects, you get a single place to track feedback, manage revisions, and collect sign-offs. The core value Clearproof delivers is speed and clarity in the approval process. Freelancers look more professional and stop losing work to endless email chains. Creative teams spend less time chasing feedback, clients always know exactly what they're reviewing, and nothing ships without a clear approval on record, purpose-built for anyone who gets paid to make things and needs clients to say yes faster.
