I find it straightforward to build strategy maps and link initiatives to objectives and scorecards, which helps keep everything organized. The support team is very helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. I use Clearpoint Strategy every month to track progress and generate reports. Editing, adding, and deleting information is simple, and I feel confident that my data is safe and that every change is clearly highlighted. Integration with MS Office is seamless, and connecting through APIs is also easy. **What do you dislike about ClearPoint Strategy?** The interface is already quite user-friendly, but I think it could be made even more intuitive. **What problems is ClearPoint Strategy solving and how is that benefiting you?** The platform allows for frequent follow-ups and makes it easy to create dashboards and reports. I really like being able to graphically tell the story of the KPIs we are tracking in our monthly leadership meetings! **What do you dislike about ClearPoint Strategy?** One aspect is the Data Loader not being compatible with Mac computers, but we've been able to work through that. I know that no matter who I talk to, regardless of their familiarity (or lack thereof) with our organization, they will help me find a solution to our problem. **What do you dislike about ClearPoint Strategy?** ClearPoint Strategy allows for a lot of customization, but the customization process can be tedious and complicated. As an administrator of our account, I feel as if I spend a lot of time trying to understand the technicalities of the product and trouble shooting issues.
