ClearPointHCO provides outplacement and career transition services for employers. We help organizations support employees through layoffs, reductions in force, restructurings and leadership changes, so departing employees move forward with confidence and the people who stay see a company that handled the change well. Our programs are built in tiers, so an employer can match support to each role. Programs cover resume and LinkedIn profile writing, career coaching, interview preparation, job search strategy, and executive transition support. Leadership and executive participants receive more personalized, one-on-one guidance. Everything is delivered by career professionals, with online access so participants can work from anywhere. ClearPointHCO is a boutique firm, founded in 2009 and based in Ankeny, Iowa. Because we are smaller than the national providers, employers work directly with our team rather than a call center, and programs are scoped around the size and needs of each workforce change. Employers typically use ClearPointHCO to: Provide severance support to a group of departing employees Offer individual outplacement packages for executives and senior leaders Support managers and HR teams with employee communication resources during a reduction in force Give employees professional resumes and LinkedIn profiles before they begin their job search We use a consultative process.
