**What do you like best about Silverback?**

I used Silverback for the first time as part of a UX course assignment and as a first time user I was able to navigate the interface and achieve my objectives with ease.

**What do you dislike about Silverback?**

Because I have yet to try other similar software and since I haven't used Silverback long enough it's hard to say where it is lacking.

**What problems is Silverback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to being introduced to Silverback I would have settled for writing down notes during the user test. This way is more efficient and accurate as you are able to literally playback the interview test and see both the user's facial expressions and movements on screen.

**What do you like best about Silverback?**

The ease of access in creating session highlights.

**What do you dislike about Silverback?**

The fact that this is a mac based product.  However I have gotten over this fact due to its ease of use.

**What problems is Silverback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to remotely collaborate and interview potential employees, interns, etc.  In the past it has been hard to know what you are getting into, but with this software you are able to get a face with a name as well as understand where they are at in there career in terms of knowledge.
