The staff at Brainier have been immensely helpful and worked tirelessly to help us through our implementation and beyond. As a relatively new user, I must first give kudos to the sales and demo team for providing a comprehensive review of the platform and taking the time to listen to our needs and sharing with transparency the abilities of the system. Second, the ease of use through the implementation has been great. You can tailor the experience to your individual learning style, which includes step by step videos or written instructions, which you can follow along and perform in real-time on your platform. Lastly, as a growing, international organization, I appreciate the ability to track multiple candidates throughout the process. I also really appreciated the ability to easily identify the core competencies (multiple levels available) of each role within our organization and create scorecards for rating future candidates against the current team.
