The ability to create templates for requisitions, offers, and candidate communications is awesome! As HR, I can standardize those communications and not worry about my management team going too far off base with those. There is a bit of a learning curve when first getting into Clear Company, but if you use it frequently and get a good amount of time in the system, it is easy to navigate and really helpful with managing our recruiting/hiring pipeline! Sometimes it can be a little difficult to remember where each function is located, but that's really just bc I am trying to go as fast as possible! If you slow down and take your time, finding what you need in relatively easy.

When setting up an offer letter, I do wish we could permanently set the 'auto send email to candidate' to be turned on so myself or my managers don't have to go back into the system after all offer approvals are completed, but that is an easy thing to do individually at the moment. I was recruited by Lynne Peters who was one of the most patient, intentional people I've me. She told me from early on "I think you would be good for this" and continued to push for my interviews. Minor learning curve with how the process groups. It's different from what I'm used to, so not necessarily a dislike it, but I think it can be improved.
