A few things come to mind. I wish people could go directly into the LMS rather than being first routed to a ClearCompany dashboard. We only have the LMS, so it is just an unnecessary extra step for us. Courses can be recommended, but you have to search for something rather than just see a visible library that you could sort through by letter, topic, etc. It would be great if the library had a landing page. The AI course builder is really cool, and I think there is opportunity to evolve the AI capabilities to where they can develop SCORM style content, videos, infographics, etc. I would love to see those features invested in as the future of AI continues to advance. It would be nice to have some prebuilt certification templates native in the system rather than building from scratch. Some things were difficult to find on the admin side. For example, the LinkedIn learning connector is buried under Settings > Options or something, and that wasn't intuitive to the user as a category. There’s very little to dislike overall, but two things stand out: the inability to proxy as an administrator, and certain profile-visibility settings that can’t be hidden because they’re tied to a larger component of the system. For example, as an admin I can’t disable the birthday feature on profiles companywide; instead, I have to instruct employees to turn it off individually, since the profile is linked to the performance module. I like that ClearCompany offers lots of customization options. It provides a centralized place for us to post jobs on our custom career site, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
