The “Ask a Question” tool is vitally important for me because it helps me do my own analysis. **What do you dislike about Clearbrief?** The window interface isn’t very user-friendly at first, at least until you get used to it. Also, there are so many tools available that it’s easy to forget which ones might be helpful once you’ve become familiar with just a few of them. **What problems is Clearbrief solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is extremely time saving and accurate in terms of the analytics it provides. I especially like the fact that it is a closed system. ### 2. It's quick and makes a pretty stressful task much easier. The initial setup of Clearbrief was pretty easy, with no issues, and was quick and painless. I find it incredibly helpful, so much so that I'd rate it a 10 for recommending it to a friend or colleague. **What do you dislike about Clearbrief?** Well I once tried drafting other stuff with it and couldn’t get much use out of it. I’m open to trying again though, I don’t really remember what the other feature I tried was. **What problems is Clearbrief solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Clearbrief for writing briefs, especially for the table of authorities. It generates reliable tables that are better than AI ones and makes a stressful task much easier and quicker. ### 3. Anyways 1) being able to pull facts from the record and correlate them with citations to ensure references to the facts are accurate is invaluable. 2) Quickly assembling a TOA saves a ton of time. While not always 100% accurate it is also helpful that ClearBrief flags potential issues with citations so they can be addressed before finalizing a TOA or submitting a brief. **What do you dislike about Clearbrief?** I feel like it could be somewhat more intuitive with its user interface. It's not bad by any means but I feel like it could be set-up with a cleaner interface. The little rainbow road interface thing feels cheap to me. **What problems is Clearbrief solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saving me time preparing TOAs, ensuring fact and case references are correct, and checking my citations. ### 4.
