Provides an excellent option to control our financial information **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Hattie M. | Manager of Sales, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2020 **What do you like best about ClearBooks?** Provides an excellent option to control our financial information, since it has integrations with administrative and accounting functions that allow the issuance of complete reports in these areas. In addition, it provides a simple and easy-to-use interface that greatly facilitates its use by the management personnel of our company. The design of your dashboard is completely customizable, which allows you to specify the type of information we want the system to show us, in many cases reducing search times by having frequently used information successfully configured in our main window. It is a web system, which allows access from any device that has an internet connection, thus having access to my company's financial information at all times. **What do you dislike about ClearBooks?** In very rare situations, the system will have trouble presenting some issues regarding its functionality. Customer service is somewhat slow when giving their answers and on most occasions they do not find the right answer to solve my problem. It does not allow the reuse of tasks, once a task is performed and if I want to perform it again with new parameters, instead of editing the information I must create a new task from scratch, which is somewhat tedious to perform. Since it is a web system, if you do not have an internet connection, you cannot access the system. **What problems is ClearBooks solving and how is that benefiting you?** It can be used as a tool to control and order the accounting information of my company, which is a great success, thanks to this system our accounting is up to date and I can access the information at any time, The results obtained with this tool were simply incredible, I highly recommend the use of this application, since it is quite accessible and ideal for small businesses that have started and want to carry out the orderly and systematic control of their accounting. ### 2. HH., Plastics, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2019 **What do you like best about ClearBooks?** It facilitates accounting and makes it more transparent, it is very easy to navigate and with the integration of your data in a single control panel that can be adapted to your needs, you get a very detailed overview of how your business finances look and control the most important aspects of your accounting, schedule reminders and automate the payments you need to make, another aspect I like is your billing module, you can import bank statements and reconcile your accounts effectively additionally has an excellent search function, excellent reporting capabilities finally is cloud-based and saves a lot of time. **What do you dislike about ClearBooks?** If you do not have Internet access, you will not be able to access it and in general I think there could be improvements in some features because when you enter too many lines in an invoice, the package can be blocked and you must start from scratch, it is not automatically saved until you press the Save button. **Recommendations to others considering ClearBooks:** It's good basic accounting software, but it lacks added value without a relevant webAPI integration and if you are a small or medium sized business or an accounting firm looking to provide your customers with a remote access solution that is easy and simple to use, this is the software for you. **What problems is ClearBooks solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is a vital tool for me, I've been using it for a couple of years and I'm still happy with it. You can access it from anywhere, as it is online, so it is very convenient when you travel a lot. Mobile application a great advantage too. Both my accountant and I can access my account at the same time and discuss things. And I no longer need to run regular reports to see how my finances are, I check the board and I've already done the hard work.
