ClearAudit helps cleaning teams prove their sites are clean. Auditors score rooms on their phone (pass or fail, with photos and voice notes that turn into text), and every fail goes straight to the cleaner who owns that room as a fix to do. When the last fix in a room is done, a re-check is queued, so nothing is closed on trust alone. Managers get live site health, a colour-coded map of every room, trends by area and by cleaner, and reports they can share with clients through a link that never shows staff names. It works for offices, schools, hotels, aged care, hospitals, gyms, retail and cleaning contractors, and each workspace uses its own words (floors, blocks, wings or wards).
